Teamwork Training

We now have the new members and it's yet again Induction time! This time, as a LTT member I also had a training: teamwork.

This training was a first from several perspectives:

• 1^st training with a co-trainer - Sandra (Thank you, you were great today and I am very happy that I've chosen you as my co-trainer!)
• 1^st training without my usual Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
• 1^st training with the good old flip charts... Thanks to Sandra's writing, they were really good :D

Sandra and I talked mostly about:

• What is/makes a team?
• Roles in a team
  the Belbin Team Role Inventory
• Team Development
  the Forming » Storming » Norming » Performing model
  
• Responsibilities of a leader

Also worth mentioning was the Labyrinth game, that allowed the teams to coagulate and enrich communication and teamwork.

B606 take off!

Last night, the B606 magazine was officially launched!

We had quite a nice party in Qvinta and I even got the chance to find one of the winning magazines! Yey! One extra beer for me!
To be honest, when I left home for the party, I did take my camera, but I've forgotten that my batteries were already depleted.
